What counts as storm damage?
Damage the weather does to the outside of your house. Hail dents gutters, downspouts and fascia, cracks siding and breaks window glass, and strong wind can pull gutters loose or tear siding off. Some of it is hard to spot from the ground, like small dents along a gutter, so we check the gutters, windows, fascia and siding at the free estimate.
Does homeowners insurance cover hail damage to gutters and windows?
Many homeowners policies do, but it depends on yours: what it covers, your deductible, and whether hail has a deductible of its own. Only your insurance company can say what a claim will pay, so we never promise that. We’ll look at the damage at the free estimate and tell you what it needs.
Will you meet my insurance adjuster?
If the adjuster has questions about the repair, we answer them. We also take photos of the damage and write an itemized estimate you can send your insurance company. Call us and tell us where your claim stands.
Do you work with my roofer?

How soon can you come out after a storm?
Right after a big hailstorm, every roofer and gutter company in town gets busy, so call as soon as you can. Take photos of the damage from the ground in the meantime; they help with your claim. Call us and we’ll give you the first time we have.
