What we install
As local siding contractors, we install three kinds of siding. Here is what each one is and where it suits a Lubbock home.

Vinyl panels shaped like rows of overlapping boards. On a brick Lubbock home it suits the gables and upper walls, or the whole house.

Long boards made of wood strands and resin, with the look of painted wood lap siding. It suits every wall, or just the gables.

Ribbed metal panels that run up and down the wall, not across it. It suits gables and garages above the brick.

Replace
Cracks, warping, loose panels, faded color or soft spots mean it’s time. The old siding comes off, we check the wall behind it, and new siding goes up. What it costs depends on your house.

We do siding, fascia and seamless gutters, so one local company can take care of all three.
We can do them on the same house as your siding, so you don’t need a second company.
FAQs
It depends on the job and on the city’s rules. Replacing siding board for board is a different job from work on the wall behind it, and the City of Lubbock can tell you what yours needs. Call us and we’ll go over what your job involves.
Siding can go up most of the year, but mild spring and fall days are easiest on the crew and the materials. Vinyl gets stiff in hard cold and grows a little in summer heat, so it’s hung with room to move in any season. If hail has cracked or holed your siding, don’t wait for a better month: water can get in behind it.
Each has its trade-offs. Metal won’t crack but can dent, vinyl can crack or chip from big hail, especially in cold weather, and engineered wood is tougher than vinyl but needs paint. Thicker panels of any kind stand up better. Call us and we’ll talk through which suits your house.
Often, if matching panels can still be found. Siding fades in the sun, so new panels can look brighter than the old ones for a while, and some older styles aren’t made anymore. Call us and we’ll see what can be matched.
It depends on the size of the house, the siding you pick, how much trim and how many corners there are, and whether the old siding has to come off first. Engineered wood and metal usually cost more than vinyl. Call us and we’ll give you a price before any work starts.
